A global financial technology company based in the UK is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions for small businesses. This role involves creating international payment products to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management skills, a data-driven mindset, and previous leadership experience managing product teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of £115,000-£185,000 gross annually, along with stock options and extensive benefits.

This is a great opportunity to build a 0-1 product and scale it massively. You would be building products to help small businesses get paid internationally. Today, we process over £5B per month for small businesses getting paid through bank transfers.
We’re now looking to also enable our customers to get paid by cards and local payment methods for Subscriptions, E‑Commerce Checkouts etc. This would be your opportunity to create a truly differentiated product focused on getting paid internationally unlike the domestic first experience of most competitors.
You would be responsible for the product strategy & execution, economics risk and go‑to‑market with support from relevant teams within Wise.
You will directly lead two teams / PMs and be responsible for their roadmap and execution.
Base salary: 115,000-185,000 GBP gross annually (based on experience & interview outcomes)
