We are recruiting on behalf of a leading energy management consultancy based in Salford, providing innovative energy solutions to a diverse client base across the UK and internationally. The business is undergoing a phase of sustained growth and is now seeking a strategic and people‑focused Head of Account Management to lead its key accounts function.
This position leads a team of 7 Account Managers (6 UK‑based, 1 international). Managing a volume of key accounts with a combined value of £40-50m pa, Responsible for the ongoing growth and retention of key strategic client relationships. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee client engagement strategies, coach and develop your team, and directly influence revenue expansion. You'll also play a crucial role in the evolution of the broader commercial strategy with a clear path toward a future Commercial Manager role.
