A professional football club in Liverpool is seeking an ambitious Head of Academy Goalkeeping to lead and develop Academy goalkeepers. You will oversee coaching staff and ensure that training aligns with the club's philosophy. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in youth coaching and hold a FA GK Coaching Level 4 qualification. This is a permanent position with a commitment of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Everton Football Club is looking for an ambitious and innovative Head of Academy Goalkeeping to support the Club Pathway Mission to produce Academy Graduates and ensure positive outcomes for all our people. The role involves the overall management, development and coaching of the Academy Goalkeepers, in line with the Coaching philosophy, vision and values of the Academy and the Club.
You will support the full-time, part-time and/or casual Goalkeeping Coaches, ensuring professionalism, behaviours and standards are consistently in line with Club values.
We are seeking an individual with an impressive track record in the football industry, particularly with experience across all age groups within an academy setting. You should be able to demonstrate a strong background in working with and supporting young players during coaching sessions, especially within the Professional Development Phase groups. A passion for player development, along with extensive experience coordinating activities for a large number of individuals, is essential for this role.

This is a permanent position based at our Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood). The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
