Through our creative, energetic approach, we help young children develop confidence, coordination, teamwork and a lifelong enjoyment of physical activity. Our coaching style blends imagination, movement and structured skill-building to create sessions that children look forward to again and again.

Founded over a decade ago, we now deliver a full range of programmes across South London, including PE, wraparound care, after school clubs, weekend sports, birthday parties and holiday camps. As our organisation continues to grow, we are investing in motivated, skilled and enthusiastic people who want to build a meaningful career in sports coaching.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step in their coaching journey. As a Head Sports Coach, you will lead high-quality sessions, support junior coaches, communicate with schools and families, and consistently deliver fun, safe and inclusive experiences. You will also have a key responsibility in guiding and motivating junior coaches, helping them improve their practice, grow their confidence and deliver consistently high standards.

You must enjoy working with children, be comfortable managing groups, and have the ability to keep sessions exciting, well-structured and safe. You will also need to travel easily to our Catford office and to our partner schools across South East London and Bromley, so a full driving licence is essential.
