Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume, premium pub or fresh food kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and compliance.
• Experience in managing kitchen budgets, labour costs and achieving GP targets.

• Full ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation.
• Design and deliver an exciting seasonal menu.
• Uphold outstanding food safety standards and compliance.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Operations Chef.
• Manage stock levels and GP targets.
• Recruit and train a strong kitchen team.
