We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the Hotel at our beautiful Grade II-listed premises.

Our premises have recently undergone a complete refurbishment, including a brand-new kitchen with high-level culinary equipment, suitable for an executive kitchen.

We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated individual to deliver sophisticated menus featuring fresh, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Skilled in modern kitchen technology and precision cooking methods, our Head Chef will have hands‑on experience with a strong understanding of how to apply these techniques to maintain consistency, quality, and creativity in our dishes.

You will have demonstrable experience in the following : -

  • Solid understanding of the importance of locally sourced and home‑made produce and its addition to the menu, through the creation of exemplary seasonal offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation
  • Thorough understanding of nutritional, dietary, and allergen requirements
  • Day‑to‑day operational management of the kitchen and kitchen team.
  • Experience in the creation and delivery of a seasonal menu, ensuring customer attraction is maximized.
  • Maintaining an effective stock control system
