Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a Gastro Pub, set in Kingsbridge. The successful Head Chef will ideally have previous experience of working at rosette level, and be a passionate and inspirational individual. Working with a team of talented chefs, you will directly alongside the Hotel GM, whilst working together to lead a fantastic dining experience.

Head Chef responsibilities to include;
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of chefs.
  • Develop exciting and seasonal menus, with a reflection on commitment to quality and local produce.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of food hygiene and safety.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering and cost control.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure a seamless service.

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef, ideally from a Hotel background, who is passionate around coaching and mentoring, whilst bringing a breath of fresh air and inspiration to the table. You will ideally have a comprehensive understanding of culinary techniques, and have a passion for excellent cuisine working with fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
