An expanding restaurant group in Bristol is seeking a Head Chef to run kitchen operations and lead a team. You will be responsible for stock control, training, and ensuring health standards. We make dough fresh each day top it with the best local ingredients and serve it alongside an incredible range of craft beer and cider. We are obsessed about doing everything properly and dont believe in cutting corners although there arent any corners on a pizza.
As head chef you will be responsible for running the back of house operations including stock control recruitment training and all aspects of Health and safety.
