This role is ideal for a skilled professional ready to lead a dedicated team and raise the bar for coffee quality and customer experience, using their deep technical knowledge to train, coach, and inspire.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 baristas, upskilling them in espresso extraction, milk texturing, alternative brew methods, and coffee presentation.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across every cup, from high-volume mid-morning rushes to carefully crafted specialty drinks.
  • Develop and refine coffee recipes, and service standards to enhance the café's reputation as a destination, not just a takeaway spot.
  • Monitor and manage equipment, beans, and workflow to ensure operational excellence.
