Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support residents with mobility and help them move safely using appropriate equipment.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records and report any changes in residents' condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Promote residents' independence, dignity, choice, and respect.
• Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with other care staff, nurses, and management.
• Report concerns promptly to a senior carer or nurse
