Overview

We're looking for a Handover Manager to join our Natural Resources team working on the Thames Water Framework on Hogsmill and Mogden sites.

Location: Hogsmill, Surrey and Mogden, Twickenham with some working from home available

Contract: Permanent, Full Time / Part time

Responsibilities
  • As the Handover Manager you will work with the Project teams on a portfolio of projects to provide support and guidance to the project team/s in particular taking a lead on the control of the handover activities, interpreting the clients close out procedures and governance processes to ensure the effective delivery of takeover, achieving customer satisfaction and commercial success.
  • The Handover Manager will be key in developing a relationship with the client Asset Integration team and will take ownership of Thames Water stage gate timely delivery working close with our supply chain, planning manager, site operational teams and information management functions.
  • Your day to day will include:
  • Assisting with project reporting including collation of Project on a Page and KPI's.
  • Manage accountability of internal and external stakeholders in relation to takeover programme obligations.
  • Ensure that project outputs are communicated and delegated to appropriate design and construction project team members.
  • Support the client in production of TOC project governance, ensuring that all contractually required documentation is progressed for the Project PM.
  • Support the project team in understanding the resources required to achieving takeover.

  • With experience in a similar role, and with knowledge of digital delivery tools (TWEXnet / Viewpoint / Project Wise)
  • Proven people and project management skills
  • Competent judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of Take Over procedures for multi-disciplinary Capitol Delivery projects.
