Qualifications

  • First Aid and Child Protection training is desirable.

As a Gymnastics Coach in our Leisure team, you'll help shape the next generation of athletes by delivering engaging, high-quality sessions that inspire confidence and progression.

Your work will have a positive impact on the local community by promoting health, fitness, and personal growth through gymnastics. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive environment where every participant can thrive.

What you'll do as a Gymnastics Coach
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality gymnastics coaching sessions
  • Develop initiatives to grow the gymnastics programme at Aurora
  • Assist in creating programmes across multiple sites
  • Prepare and monitor coach rotas, ensuring ratios and costs are met
  • Maintain accurate records for all sessions in line with facility processes
  • Support customers with queries in a polite and professional manner

  • Level 1 British Gymnastics Qualification (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 British Gymnastics Qualification (desirable)
