Work in Implementation, Upgrade and support project with on-prem, GWCP and private Cloud hosted version of for Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) Manage client co-ordination and deep functional or insurance (P&C) industry expertise especially on Personal and/or commercial lines.
Lead L2/L3/L4 support teams working across India, US & UK.
Lead distributed teams working across 3 different time zones effectively handle production defects, arresting defect inflow and maintaining a healthy trend in issues management Ensure near 24/7 environment availability for production and non-production environments, exceeding customer service level agreements Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify identify systemic defect patterns, areas of opportunities to improve and control flow of defects. Define & Socialize plan of action to eliminate and control defects Enhance application logging standards across Guidewire services to achieve faster MTTR through proactive alerting & anomaly detection.
Manage centralized monitoring & observability dashboards for Real Time health tracking.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & cloud versions) configuration including:
Sound knowledge of Guidewire xCenters (version 10.x & Cloud) customization and integration (Intra and Inter system integration) using REST and SOAP APIs
