Responsibilities

• Be the face of security, ensuring top-notch service and safety at London Heathrow.
• Work as a team to meet guest needs and actively contribute to the efforts of all departments.
• Carry out regular patrols of the centre as detailed in the site assignment instructions, being proactive.
• Continuously look for opportunities to assist visitors at the centre.
• Ensure incidents are managed in accordance with site policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the site control room, proactively reacting to incidents.
• Maintain vigilance and highlight/manage unauthorized access.
