Job description

We are passionate about providing high standards of service and you will play a key role in delivering these as one of our team.

A Team Member involves Meeting, greeting, and assisting guests to get on lanes and bowl, charging an admission fee, assisting players in general, bar catering, hosting children's parties and simply working throughout the centre.

  • To greet Guests in a pleasant and courteous manner
  • To operate tills and computer systems to the standards required
  • To identify customer needs and promote guest recognition at all times
  • To ensure that the site is clean and tidy at all times
  • To work in any department required (age depending)
