About the Role

We are growing our fabulous E‑Commerce team and we have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Marketing Executive. This role will focus on paid acquisition and marketplace performance owning the day‑to‑day management of Meta, TikTok, Amazon & TikTok Shop while receiving strategic support from the Head of Growth and Senior Reporting Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone highly analytical and commercially driven who wants to make a tangible impact on our DTC growth. You’ll have the chance to work across multiple high‑growth platforms, shape performance through creative and data, and collaborate with teams across the business.

This role reports into the Head of Growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the day‑to‑day performance of paid channels: Meta and TikTok.
  • Manage marketplace channels; Amazon and TikTok Shop, working closely with agencies.
  • Build QA and launch campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Set up and run A/B tests across creative, audiences and messaging.
  • Monitor and optimise budgets, channel and ad performance.
  • Take ownership of channel targets and key metrics including net revenue, conversions, CAC, AOV, and discounts.
  • Report on performance in weekly team meetings and wider company updates.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Growth and Senior Reporting Manager to align on strategy, testing, and reporting.
Requirements
  • A highly analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Highly organised and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Someone with a growth mindset – curious, commercially driven and always looking for ways to improve results and processes.
  • A strong collaborator and team player who thrives in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • An appreciation for creative copy and data, with the ability to spot what resonates with customers.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to support and streamline day‑to‑day tasks, always exploring how AI can improve efficiency and output.
Experience
  • Ideally 2 years of experience in e‑commerce digital marketing or paid acquisition.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Amazon Ads Console, or TikTok Shop.
  • Experience in a subscription‑based business is a plus but not essential.
  • We’re also open to strong junior candidates with the right skills, mindset and ambition to grow into the role.
