Qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior Health & Safety leadership role, with direct management experience.
• Ability to interpret complex information and influence decisions.
• Experience in developing and managing safety policies and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Head of Health and Safety, representing the function at Board and Executive Forums.
• Collaborate with Directors and senior leaders to embed the 'Safer Every Day' culture.
• Lead and develop a team of safety professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Deliver safety performance reports and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
