The Group Head of Technology Professions plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Bupa's cross-market unit (MU) workforce and talent strategy for Technology. A key element of this strategy is the development and implementation of a modern, skills-based Technology Professions model – a structured framework that defines roles, skills, career pathways and development resources across core Technology domains.
This role will lead the ongoing development, improvement and deployment of the Technology Professions model and its supporting resources, working closely with regional CIO teams to tailor implementation to local needs. It will also heavily support the next phase of the workforce strategy: Technology Talent Management.
