Job description

Flk recruitment has been asked to partner exclusively with a leading FMCG organisation who are looking to appoint a new Group Head of Recruitment. The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to lead on the group wide recruitment strategy, and subsequently support in the delivery of the newly created people strategy.

As the Group Head of Recruitment you will be given the opportunity to shape the future of talent acquisition across multiple sites in the UK, with a specific focus on the organisation becoming an Employer of Choice.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
  • Managing and mentoring hiring managers across multiple locations to enhance their recruitment capabilities.
  • Conducting in-depth evaluations of existing recruitment processes to identify strengths and areas for development.
  • Building and nurturing talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Developing and executing initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice
  • Conduct a full audit of current recruitment processes and subsequently, implement appropriate changes that drive efficiencies & ensure a consistent approach to recruitment across the Group
