Position Summary: This full-time position is within the Finance team working in our Cambridge office on a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days in the office).
As the Group Financial Accounting Manager at Cycle, you\'ll report directly to the Group Financial Controller and lead the delivery of high-quality internal and external reporting, giving senior leaders the insights they need to draw key conclusions. From preparing financial statements and reports, to guiding and advising the Group through complex transactions like acquisitions, you\'ll be the go-to expert for technical accounting advice. You\'ll also take ownership of tax and compliance, spearhead interim and annual statutory reporting, and build strong relationships with auditors and professional advisors. This role offers real visibility, influence, and the chance to make a lasting impact across the Group\'s future growth story.
You don\'t need to have a pharmaceutical background to be successful with us but, we are looking for a qualified Accountant who can demonstrate strong technical experience. As well as collaborating with colleagues in the Finance team, you\'ll also work closely with various other departments in the business including Legal, FP&A and Supply Chain and externally, you\'ll liaise with tax advisors, Auditors and regulatory bodies.
