This Group Financial Accountant role supports the Financial Controller in delivering accurate and timely group financial reporting, analysis and strategic support. The role will be pivotal in coordinating international teams, improving reporting systems, and contributing to key finance projects.

Description

  • Prepare and consolidate monthly group reporting across entities and ensure timely delivery to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse actual financial results against budgets and forecasts, explaining variances to relevant teams.
  • Liaise effectively to support the business and stakeholders.
  • Work to standardise and streamline reporting systems and financial files.
  • Balance sheet reconciliation support.
  • Prepare for and support audit processes.
  • Contribute to cash flow forecast and analysis.
  • Leadership support and participation in strategic projects and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA or equivalent).
  • Experience in managing year-end processes and audits.
