Job summary

A leading construction firm in Chester is seeking a Group Commercial Analyst responsible for producing analytical reports for internal stakeholders. You will gather and interpret data to inform business decisions while supporting the Group Commercial team. Qualified candidates should have a CIMA or ACCA certification, be highly numerate, and possess strong organisational skills. This role plays a fundamental part in the Group management information strategy, ensuring effective communication with senior management and various departments.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be qualified to CIMA / ACCA or have a Construction related HND level or higher.
• Post-qualification experience in a similar role is required.
• An understanding of current business operating systems is needed.
• Candidates should be methodical, conscientious, and organised.

Responsibilities

• Produce management information for various internal customers.
• Conduct weekly reporting and understand market drivers.
• Analyse data to identify business impacts and trends.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to highlight trends and drive performance.
• Prepare reports for upper management, including cost analysis.
