Overview

Grounds Maintenance Operatives - Seasonal

Location: Kendal

Hourly Rate: £12.21 - 12.71 - going to upper end of band in April

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract

Contract Dates: Enrolment between 2nd - 13th March until 16th October (weather conditions dependant).

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 07:30-16:30, Friday 07:30-12:30

Responsibilities
  • Keep several local grounds in a wonderful condition for our client through grass cutting; using a ride on and pedestrian mower, strimming, pruning, weeding, shrub and border maintenance, litter picking and any other related horticultural duties.
Requirements
  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience is required.
  • A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
