We have an exciting opportunity available for a Greggs Regional Manager to join us at Asda Express. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing around 16 stores within a defined geographical region.
You will inspire and lead a team of results focused Store Managers to drive our strategy and business goals. This role is about working collaboratively with your leaders, analysing performance and creating and implementing strategies to increase sales, profitability and building brand awareness within our communities.
As a Regional Operations Manager you will bring strong leadership and commercial acumen, supporting your Store Managers to consistently achieve objectives, implement change, reduce waste, and identify growth opportunities. You'll also help develop internal talent pipelines and ensure outstanding store performance.
You will regularly engage with field operations and business leaders to set individual and store targets for success. If you have a strong track record in leading hospitality / retail operations and you are ready for a new challenge, then this role could be perfect for you!
Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
