Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist in building seasonal trend boards, concept presentations, and visual communication materials.
  • Create seasonal placement graphics and all-over print repeats for both menswear and womenswear collections.
  • Develop artwork across multiple product categories including fleece, jersey, and outerwear.
  • Conduct trend, market, and graphic technique research to support concept development.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files in line with technical and supplier requirements.
  • Work closely with the Head of Menswear and Head of Womenswear to interpret and deliver their design direction.
Other Responsibilities
  • Support senior designers throughout the full design cycle.
  • Update and amend seasonal range plans and line sheets.
  • Review and comment on lab dips, print strike-offs, and artwork approvals.
  • Communicate with suppliers when needed to ensure print accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain organised digital asset libraries, boards, and artwork files.
  • Support the wider design team with day-to-day tasks and administrative needs.
Branding and Accessories
  • New artwork is designed and developed in line with the brand's plans and themes.
  • Handwriting is kept consistent.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics, Textile Design, or a related field.
  • Brand Awareness and product relevance.
  • Internship or junior-level industry experience within graphic design, fashion, or print design.
  • Strong understanding of colour, composition, typography, and print techniques.
  • Ability to design both placement graphics and seamless all-over prints.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in taking creative direction.
  • Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic about apparel and trend-led graphic design.
  • Computer literate, full understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, CAD software and Excel, Centric PLM or relevant alternative, CLO 3D Design.
