Moja is an award-winning modern PR and personal branding business based in Newcastle.
We work with entrepreneurs, authors and senior leaders to help them get known for what they do best – through personal branding, publishing, podcasts and standout visibility.
This includes our membership, The Get Known Club, where we support business owners to build strong, visible personal brands through consistent content and creative assets.
We’re not corporate, we’re not old-school, and we’re definitely not boring.
We’re a small, ambitious team who care deeply about our clients, our work and each other. We move fast, think creatively and pride ourselves on delivering a brilliant experience at every touchpoint.
We’re looking for a creative, detail-led Graphic Designer to bring Moja’s client work to life visually.
You’ll work across client and internal projects, including social graphics, brand assets, podcast artwork and book covers. You’ll sometimes work directly with clients, so strong client service matters as much as strong design.
Because we’re a small team, this role also suits someone who’s happy to muck in and support the wider team when needed.
Experience matters, but mindset matters just as much.
If this role feels exciting rather than intimidating, that’s a good sign.
To apply, request the application form fromhello@thisismoja.com.
You will be asked to share examples of your design work.

Moja is an equal opportunities employer. We value difference, individuality and fresh perspectives and we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment for everyone.
