About the role

We're seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring fresh visual concepts to life. You'll work across diverse projects, from digital campaigns to print materials, helping to shape compelling brand narratives that resonate with our clients' audiences.

What you will be doing
  • Design engaging visual content for digital and print platforms
  • Develop brand identities, logos, and comprehensive style guides
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and social media assets
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Present design concepts and iterate based on client feedback
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
What you need to be great in this role
  • 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem‑solving and visual storytelling
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
  • Experience with both digital and print design processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Managing client stakeholders daily (you will be a key contact in the OLIVER on‑site team)
  • Managing a small team
  • Managing competing priorities, working closely with the Account Director
  • Gen AI experience
