The Company

Join a world-leading international technology brand, known for its globally recognised products and strong market presence. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in the coordination, communication, and delivery of all creative assets required for successful product launches.

The Role

As part of the Creative Department, you\'ll help create and adapt visual content for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact messaging.

The role is split approximately 50/50 between:

  • Project Work (Product Launches)
  • Artwork & Content Creation
Key Responsibilities
Product Launches
  • Manage end-to-end product launch processes (including translations and localisation)
  • Create and localise marketing assets (banners, emails, setup sheets, videos)
  • Update product information via in-house platforms and email tools
  • Liaise with translation agencies and content vendors
Artwork & Content Creation
  • Deliver ad-hoc design assets (event graphics, banners)
  • Create static and short-form video content for social media
  • Coordinate photoshoots and produce AI-generated, multi-language videos
  • Ensure brand consistency across all output
Project Management
  • Manage creative requests and project timelines
  • Upload and maintain product assets on internal platforms
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for translations and communications
  • Execute multi-language email campaigns
  • Oversee translation projects with in-house and external reviewers
Person Specification
Essential
  • Strong experience in graphic design, video editing, and HTML coding
  • Comfortable using a Mac-based environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of AI tools
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Desirable

  • CIM qualification or currently studying toward it
  • Experience in IT industry marketing
  • Fluency in a second European language (preferred but not essential)

For this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the remaining two days flexible for remote work.

Working hours for this role are either:

  • Option 1:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break
  • Option 2:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)
