This role involves managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and creating engaging content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a passion for health and fitness.

The Graphic Designer is responsible for delivering high-quality, brand-aligned creative across all key marketing channels. They lead design projects from concept to completion, produce premium assets that reflect the quality of SiS and PhD products, and manage content delivery across Web, Social, CRM, Paid, Events, and Partnerships. With strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration, they ensure consistency, efficiency, and impact across global markets.
The Graphic Designer will be the central point of contact for delivering high-quality, always-on content across all core marketing channels, including Web, Social, CRM, Paid Media, Events, and Partnerships. This role requires a proactive and agile approach to content creation, ensuring that each channel is consistently supplied with fresh, engaging, and brand-aligned visuals. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with channel owners and marketing leads to understand campaign calendars, audience needs, and performance goals, translating these into effective design solutions. From dynamic social posts and responsive web assets to CRM templates and event collateral, the Designer ensures that every piece of content contributes to a cohesive and compelling brand experience, while also meeting the specific demands of each platform.
This includes interpreting briefs, generating original ideas, and developing design solutions that meet both brand standards and business objectives. Whether working on digital assets, campaign visuals, or event materials, the Designer takes full ownership of the creative process—conducting research, sketching concepts, refining designs, and preparing final artwork for production.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing assets and artwork to an exceptionally high standard that reflects and enhances the premium positioning of the SiS (Science in Sport) and PhD brands. This includes creating visually striking and meticulously crafted designs across packaging, digital, and campaign materials that communicate quality, innovation, and performance. Every asset must reinforce the brand’s credibility and appeal to its target audience, whether elite athletes, fitness enthusiasts, or health-conscious consumers.
The Graphic Designer is responsible for managing comprehensive asset libraries and maintaining rigorous version control across all markets and channels. This includes organising and updating design files, templates, and campaign assets to ensure easy access, consistency, and compliance with brand standards. As the business scales across regions and platforms, the Designer ensures that localised versions of creative materials are accurately adapted and stored, avoiding duplication and minimizing errors.
Specific metrics will be set when in role and will be reviewed and built upon regularly. Alongside this, you will be supported with a personal development plan that will enable you to continue improving your own performance and impact.
