A nonpartisan advocacy organization is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to produce creative visual content for marketing campaigns and organizational branding. Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and a strong ability to manage multiple projects. The Graphic Design Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and creates unique brand-centric visual and video for all of AU’s social media channels, marketing campaigns, events, and more, in order to engage and inspire a new generation of supporters and raise the visibility of AU and the issue to the national stage.
This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is a union role; it is included in the bargaining unit represented by AU Collective in connection with SEIU Local 500.
This is a remote position that primarily involves working from a home office. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing tools. It requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, communicate effectively, and occasionally move about within the workspace.
The salary range for this position is $76,500 - $93,850 commensurate with experience. The successful candidate’s placement within that range will be consistent with AU’s compensation framework, which is based on years of related experience. Employees who reside in higher-cost areas, including the Washington, DC metro area, receive a locality pay adjustment. For more information on AU’s compensation framework, see here.
