About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Hybrid Email & Ad Designer to design performance-driven marketing assets across email campaigns and paid social ads. This role blends creativity with strategy—you’ll be responsible for producing visually engaging, mobile-first designs that not only look great but also convert.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and performance teams to bring ideas to life across email, ads, and digital campaigns—turning creative concepts into assets that drive engagement, clicks, and conversions.
This is the perfect role for a designer who loves combining creativity with performance marketing, ensuring every piece of content is both eye-catching and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Design & Build: Create engaging, mobile-responsive email templates optimised for deliverability and conversions.
- Ad Creative Design: Develop static and motion-based creatives for paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, IG Reels, etc.) that stop the scroll and drive results.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with marketers to turn campaign ideas into compelling visuals, layouts, and storytelling.
- Performance Awareness: Understand and adapt designs based on key metrics (open rate, CTR, ROAS, engagement).
- Creative Iterations: Produce variations of top-performing ads and emails to refine campaigns and improve outcomes.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of digital and social design trends, incorporating them into campaign assets.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain design quality and consistency across email, ads, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to bring campaigns to life.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an Email Designer, Graphic Designer, or Digital Creative (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio of email campaigns and digital ad creative.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with creating ad content for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
- Understanding of creative performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement).
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and storytelling.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
