A charitable organization is seeking a highly organised Grants & Finance Officer to manage grant programmes and financial processes for impactful charities. This role requires experience in financial administration, strong organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with digital systems. The successful candidate will administer grants, maintain records, and support evaluations. This position offers a salary of £40,000 per annum with benefits including flexible working, annual leave, and employer pension contributions.
Location: Flexible home and office working, with travel to Uxbridge at least three days per week

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Grants & Finance Officer to support two impactful charities: the CareTech Foundation (0.6 FTE) and the COSARAF Charitable Foundation (0.4 FTE).
This unique role combines grants administration, financial management, and operational support, helping to deliver life-changing projects in the UK and internationally. You will manage grant programmes from application through to impact reporting, oversee day‑to‑day financial processes, and support effective governance across both foundations.
