Are you just kicking off your career in Sustainability? Then this leading property management firm wants you on their team!

Please note: this is a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a relevant degree and some hands-on experience—perhaps through a placement, internship, or industry project—who wants to turn their sustainability knowledge into real-world impact.

You’ll support the delivery and reporting of social value and environmental initiatives across a diverse property portfolio.

Working alongside the team, you’ll help track and communicate the positive community and environmental outcomes generated by the firm's managed assets.

Salary circa £28,000 plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), healthcare and dental cover, employee profit share scheme.

Expect to be involved in site visits, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, report writing and general team support.

You’ll also gain valuable exposure to sustainability strategy within a commercial property context—developing the communication, project management and analytical skills that will underpin your future career.

This is a hybrid role working 4 days per week in the West London office, a short walk from Regent's Park, and 1 admin day working from home.

The team are also happy to consider someone on a 4-day week if you would prefer a part-time option (salary will be pro rata accordingly).

What You Need
