As a Graduate Software Developer, you'll work closely with Technical, Product, and Delivery Leads, as well as UX Designers, Testers, Data Analysts, and Developers at all levels. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, taking part in pairing, code reviews, and regular stand-ups, all designed to help you learn, grow, and build confidence in your skills.
You'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies, languages and methodologies, including Agile, XP, Scrum, Kanban, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). These interactions will give you a strong foundation for your career in software development, while being part of an environment that encourages learning and innovation.
