Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop expert knowledge of global adventure tour itineraries to confidently guide customer decisions

  • Respond to enquiries and manage the full customer journey from lead to post-booking support

  • Convert leads into bookings through a consultative sales approach

  • Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on customer messaging

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and help improve internal systems and processes

What Experience is Required?
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment (ideally 1–2 years)
