Location: South West London – Hybrid (3 days in‑office)
Salary: £30,000 base, £42,000 OTE

This high‑growth software company helps leading private and public sector organisations transform how they hire-delivering smarter, faster, and more inclusive talent acquisition through a highly configurable SaaS platform.
In this role, you’ll be driving outbound sales activity through calls, emails, and video outreach, with the aim of booking qualified meetings. You’ll be building relationships with senior talent leaders at enterprise-level organisations, using tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Sales Navigator to identify and engage prospects. You’ll also represent the company at major recruitment industry events, helping to raise brand awareness and generate new business development opportunities.
