• Must have the Right to Work in the UK without restrictions.
• Training will involve performing a full Quantity Surveying function using NEC4 contracts.
• Initially office based but may visit sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform valuations for ongoing projects.
• Assist in subcontractor procurement processes.
• Update the risk register regularly.

Skills

Competent in Microsoft Office

Experience of CAD packages

Full UK Driving licence

Education

BEng / MEng in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
