About The Role:

Purpose of the Role: To manage and control the costs and financial aspects of a Hard FM services Contract, ensuring completion within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes based on NHF Schedule of Rates or Star Rate costs
  • Maintain and update the Quote Tracker
  • Raise Work Orders for Void scope works
  • Update Scope Quote Sheet with the approved scope
  • Publish all relevant certification and confirm scope completion
  • Prepare quotes based on the NHF Schedule of Rates or Star Rate Costs, from information provided by FES FM Site Managers
  • Meet Operational Managers regularly across Helensburgh, Kinloss, Edinburgh and Leuchars
  • Validate works are complete and update POs to align with scope
  • Any other tasks that QS or Commercial Manager require for preparation of monthly billing, financial reporting
Our ideal candidate will:
  • Have a full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline (essential)
  • Have experience with NHF Contracts or Rate based Scope (preferred)
  • Have technical knowledge of construction methodology (preferred)
  • Be an excellent multi-tasker and highly organised
Work Pattern

Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00
40 hours per week
Onsite in Westhill, Aberdeenshire
Ad-hoc site visits and client meetings across Scotland
