Job summary

A leading engineering and assessment firm seeks graduates for their two-year Graduate Programme starting in September 2026. This role offers the chance to work on real client projects, gain exposure across diverse business areas such as Production and Project Management, and develop the skills necessary for a successful engineering career. Successful candidates will be involved in the design, development, and support of innovative products, engaging in mentoring sessions and training workshops from day one.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Systems Engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage client interactions responsibly.
  • Motivation to engage in continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support the development of products.
  • Participate in the commissioning and in-service support of equipment.
  • Engage in various operational and commercial tasks during rotations.

Graduate Programme - Systems Engineering

The SEA Graduate scheme is a two-year programme starting in September 2026, designed to give you real responsibility from and a permanent job from day one. It will provide you with general operational, customer, commercial and people management exposure in key areas with smaller rotations across Production, Business Development, Project Management, Supply Chain and Finance to build on your broader skills.

As an SEA Graduate you will have the opportunity to become involved in real live client projects, learning as you go and making decisions that impact our business. You will have supported training workshops and development mentoring sessions to equip you with the skills you need to progress and develop your career within SEA.
