We are looking for a Graduate Process Engineer to be based in Brighton, joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.

We have an exciting opening for an aspiring Process Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative team in Redditch, where you will contribute to high profile projects, both locally and nationally. You will develop your technical skills and knowledge alongside senior engineers, gaining invaluable exposure to the water industry while working on developments from wastewater treatment and water recycling to clean water solutions. You will analyze and interpret data to inform project decisions, contribute to the design and development of engineering solutions, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. We work on the entire project lifecycle, from optioneering through detailed design and implementation, with potential site visits and investigations to broaden your understanding.
