Our Manufacturing Engineering Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who are passionate about solving complex challenges and redefining aerospace. Over three years, you'll gain hands-on experience across a range of manufacturing functions, building the skills and knowledge to become one of Safran's next generation of engineers and technical leaders.
Based in Wolverhampton, you'll rotate across key areas such as New Product Introduction, New Technology, Continuous Improvement, Operational Support, and Project Management, gaining a broad understanding of how products move from design through to full-scale production.
You'll learn to identify and implement process improvements, apply innovative technologies, and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This programme will enable you to work on live projects that directly impact aerospace production, while developing your leadership, technical, and problem-solving capabilities in a supportive environment.
