Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hybrid- Staines (Tuesday compulsory)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate HR Assistant to join our growing People & Talent function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their HR career who is passionate about supporting people, developing HR skills, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

You will work closely with the HR Manager and Talent team to support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, documentation, onboarding, compliance, and general employee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team across the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to offboarding
  • Assist with preparing and issuing contracts, onboarding documents, and employment letters
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR data is accurate and up to date
  • Help coordinate induction sessions and onboarding activities for new joiners
  • Track probation periods, performance reviews, and other HR processes
  • Support with HR queries from employees, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Assist with recording sick leave, annual leave, and other absence management tasks
  • Help organise internal events, training sessions, and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team during peak recruitment periods
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR requirements, and company procedures
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and management
What We're Looking For
  • A recent graduate (HR, Business, Psychology or similar preferred, but all disciplines welcome)
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Some exposure to HR, admin, or people-focused roles is a bonus but not required
