Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for geotechnical and ground engineering works.
• Review drawings, specifications, and site investigation data to assess scope and risk.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Support value engineering and alternative solution development.
• Assist with tender submissions and commercial handovers to delivery teams.
