We're looking for a Graduate Geo-technical / Geo-environmental consultant to join our highly successful Geo team in Northampton, as part of our 2026 Graduate Programme, delivering sustainable projects for communities, the planet, and society.


This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects across sectors like renewable energy, defense, commercial, and residential, with a mix of on-site and consultancy tasks.


Our geo team collaborates with other disciplines to support clients through planning and construction, providing expertise in site investigations, data interpretation, report writing, and construction support.


As a graduate, you'll develop your expertise in an interdisciplinary environment, supported by colleagues and senior staff within our open and collaborative culture.


Your Role

The work involves delivering geo-environmental and geotechnical services, including designing and managing site investigations, supervising on-site activities, logging, sampling, report writing, and risk assessment.


You will work as part of integrated project teams, and an understanding of related disciplines like civils, structural engineering, transport, air quality, acoustics, and flood risk will be beneficial.


About You

We value potential over experience. A degree or master's qualification in geology, civil engineering, environmental science, or related fields, and a keen interest in the industry, are essential.
