United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. To date, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired one (Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO Insights, Retail Insights, and SetSales).

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary, but some will include:

  • Planning, structuring, and coordinating all conferences strategically; deciding on dates, selecting venues, and negotiating the best prices
  • Creating exceptional conference experiences by innovating with new ideas and opportunities
  • Negotiating with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)
  • Planning operational details such as floor plans, invitations, signage, special needs, and printing
  • Managing conferences to ensure smooth execution and surpass attendee satisfaction records

  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree with excellent results
  • Are willing to work in a role focused on event planning, coordination, marketing, public relations, or related fields
  • Possess a UK work permit
  • Have an exceptional eye for aesthetics and detail
  • Are well-organized and capable of prioritizing your work effectively
  • Enjoy building and nurturing relationships

Flexible

This role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based at our offices in Buckingham Gate. Working at a fast pace and collaborating in person are essential to creating market-leading, unmatched events throughout the year. We look forward to having you as part of our team.
