Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Graduates (or soon to graduate) with a BEng/MEng in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Power Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
  • Enjoy solving tough technical problems.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail.
  • Curious about how digital design, control systems, and automation shape the future of energy.
  • Have exposure (or interest) in CAD, BIM, AVEVA, or similar tools.
  • Communicate clearly and work well in teams.
  • Motivated to keep learning and grow toward Chartered Engineer status.
  • Bonus points if you already have experience or coursework relevant to nuclear power systems or industrial control environments.
Eligibility Requirements

To join our Graduate Scheme you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident as this is required for the type of work we do. You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of BPSS clearance with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK and we’ll provide relocation support where needed.

Recruitment Process

  2. Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in‑person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
