The Role

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will be a key contributor on client projects, collaborating with senior staff, supporting decision‑making, and helping drive business improvement. No two days are the same – your work will have real impact, turning data into actionable insight across a range of business areas.

Responsibilities include:
  • Analyse and interpret data to provide actionable business insights.
  • Create compelling visualisations using tools such as Power BI, PowerApps, and other BI or visualization platforms.
  • Support business improvement initiatives with data‑driven recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand and define business requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimising databases using SQL or other data management tools.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.

We welcome graduates with technical backgrounds who may already have some of these skills, or who are proficient in other analytical, coding, or visualization tools and are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements
  • A 2:1 in a technical undergraduate degree.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel to the office as needed (hybrid working).
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus but not essential.
