GHD’s Graduate Program is aimed at developing our future technical specialists. During the course of our two‑year global graduate development programme our Graduate Engineers will work with our Engineering teams developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UK and overseas. Your contribution will make a positive lasting benefit to the environment and our communities. Whilst learning about our business, our values, your team and most importantly, yourself you will develop your decision‑making, communication, technical and leadership skills. We offer mentoring and a variety of development activities, providing on‑the‑job experience and exposure to a diverse range of projects, as well as support towards gaining chartered status within your Engineering field.
There is a huge opportunity over the coming decades to be a part of a wholesale re‑imagining of how energy systems are structured, delivered and operated. GHD is looking for enthusiastic, pro‑active and forward‑thinking Graduate Consultant Engineers to embrace this opportunity and be part of our growing power team, delivering a range of power generation, energy conversion, electricity transmission and distribution projects for our clients in Europe, the Middle East and Australia. We are seeking engineers to join our power team in our London and Guildford offices.
GHD works for a broad range of clients spanning the full asset lifecycle with a strong emphasis on sustainable practices and technologies. Your responsibilities would include delivering consultancy projects in the areas of electricity transmission and distribution networks.
You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments, gaining early exposure to how technical analysis informs real‑world decisions for network operators, regulators and investors.
