This Conference Producer role is a very exciting and fast paced role blending content and commercial skills to develop conferences in a fast moving market. Events to be hosted in places in the UK and Abroad (depending on the role) so you must be independent and confident to travel as and when required. CURRENTLY Events being run Digitally.

Role Responsibilities of Graduate Conference Producer

• You will be researching and analysing the viability of the conference, looking at specific topics and conducting research through the internet and other desk based tools.
• Conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings (depending on Covid regs) with leading market experts.
• Sourcing and securing leading speakers from the industry.
• Researching competitor events, Identifying potential sponsors, briefing the team.
• You do attend your Conference (depending on Covid regs) and will be the Brand Ambassador at your Event.

We are looking for recent graduates for the Graduate Conference Producer role, to join our fast-growing team working on the Life Science events so 2.1 (min) Science degrees essential along with a commercial mindset, good communication skills and drive.

Interview process will be several stages including a video call, WhatsApp video pitch and depending on Covid final Zoom or F2F.

This process will be two interviews and a project but decisions and offers /rejections will be made quickly.
