Job summary

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate numeracy & literacy skills to at least A level/Higher standard.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process letters of authority and phone providers for information.
  • Input Fact Finds into the system for new clients.
  • Create Statements of Suitability for clients post meeting.
  • Process new business applications ensuring account setups are correct.
  • Set up online access for clients and assist with queries.
  • Manage workflow through a task management system.
  • Keep back-office systems and client databases updated.
  • Produce reports including valuations and performance summaries.
  • Allocate mail to respective Advisers within the team.
